Q: How do I get a price list?
A: you contact Shanon or Rob (e-mail addresses provided on about us page) and provide your name, business name and contact    
         information. This will get you going. The rest is simply e-mail tag.

Q: What is the point of this page?
A: If we experience a high volume of similar questions, they will be posted on this page in an effort to ensure customer satisfaction.

Q: On average, what might shipping be?
A: We've seen a pattern of about 15% to 20% for shipping. Of course, this will vary depending on where you'd like your order to
          be shipped.

Q: What if there is damage on the product when I receive it?
A: Our policy is that you submit proof of damage as soon as you notice it. You're more than welcome to submit pictures of the
          damaged item as evidence towards your claim.

Q: I've noticed that you have reindeer and snowmen products that feature twigs as arms. What happens if they break?
A: Because of the Canadian climate, we urge you to step in to your back yard and search along the ground until you find a twig. We've
        found that you'll yeild better results if searching close to a tree.

Q: What is the time frame?
A: We take orders on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you place an order, the sooner you'll receive it. We recommend
         placing an order at the CGTA show.

Q: How do you ship?
A: For smaller orders, we ship by canpar. For the larger orders, we ship by skid using Day & Ross, VA or Apex.
